Monthly packages ensure consistency—which is the #1 factor in achieving results. They also provide better value per session.

Absolutely. Life changes, and your training can adapt. We'll adjust your package at the start of each new billing cycle.

With 24-hour notice, we can reschedule your session within the same week. Missed sessions without notice cannot be rescheduled.

Yes! New clients can schedule a free initial consultation where we'll discuss your goals and determine the best training approach.

Definitely. Many clients do 2 in-person sessions per week plus online programming for their other workout days. We can create a hybrid approach that fits your needs and budget.

We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due at the beginning of each month before sessions begin.

No long-term contracts. Monthly packages are paid month-to-month. While I encourage at least 3 months to see real results, you're free to pause or stop at any time.

Just let me know at least one week before your next billing cycle. You can pause your training and resume whenever you're ready—no penalties.

I occasionally offer referral discounts (refer a friend, you both save) and may run seasonal promotions. The best "discount" is committing to higher frequency—3x/week sessions provide the most value per session.
